All orders will be shipped within 3 - 4 working days after payment is received.

Tracking number for each order will be provided with email confirmation once it is dispatched.

Hong Kong - SF Express
International except USA - Hong Kong Post
USA - SF Express

Delivery Time:
Hong Kong - 2 working days
International except USA - 7 - 14 working days
USA - 4 - 6 working days

For distanced reading services, my current turnaround time is 48 hours. You will be contacted via an email confirmation before the work began. You may also be asked to send personal items if they are required for the work to be done, shipping cost will be bearable by sender, using a trackable mailing service is advised in order for parcels to arrive safely
