Refund policy
I do not offer refunds if you miss your appointment. I can only accommodate rescheduling if you miss your appointment for an emergency with proof provided. This is because it becomes an extremely confusing scheduling complication to try and make those changes. Rescheduling should only be made within 30 days (ideally within 2 weeks).
You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time without consequence up until 36 hours prior to our scheduled meeting time, as I will have already begun prepping and engaging in work at that point. I will refund 50% if you cancel within 36 hours in order to reflect the work I have already begun, and the inconvenience to a very precarious schedule.
If I am in need of rescheduling with you, you will be rescheduled within 30 days (ideally within 2 weeks) if possible, and if we need to reschedule outside of that time frame, you will be partially discounted in gratitude for your flexibility. If you are unable or uninterested in rescheduling you will be fully refunded (if you have already paid), and are welcome to rebook should you choose to.
